no matter you are EB2 or EB3. your 485 date is current. you can file them together.

at 140 step,you only need pay attention to 2 items:
first, it will check company's financial report. if you are in big company, no need worry about 140.

second, if you are EB2 and if it need BS+5 years experience, you need get experience proof from prior employers.
