visa revalidation,

I submitted my application on 11/24/03, and they received it on 11/26/03. I also checked that the money order was cashed out on 12/11/03. However, when I called them last week (actually, I called them many times after the new year), I was told that my application has not been entered into their computer. Generally, this only takes 10 working days. I don't know if there is any problem with my application (for example, they lost my documents, etc), or their process is very very very slow during the holidays. Anyway, I will call them to check it it is entered to the computer now, I am not very positive on this, I am very worried. Even they entered your data to the computer, it will take about 3 months for them complete the process.
