請問小白兔

My wife and I filed my I-485 in Sept.2005 (EB-2, I-140 approved in Sept.05, priority date Dec.2004, NSC, assistant professor in major university). There has been no online update on our file since Nov.05 after our fingerprinting. I called the service center in July and only got a letter saying it's being actively processed. I would like to write to senator or CIS center about it.
1. who should we write to - senator or director of Lincoln center?
2. is there any template of such letter available online?
