second H-1B VS. 485, Please let me know if you have any info

I have a full-time H1 and a part-time H1, now I am waiting for 485 (EB1 140/485 RD 09/26/2005, 140 approved on 07/08/2006, VSC).

I am now really worried because when I applied the part-time H1, I filled hourly rate of $37.5 (use the monthly salary promised by the company to divide 80 hours/month). But the company has been paying 96 hours per month with an hourly rate of $32 to make the total same amount money they promised. The company did that because that hourly rate was written in the proposal when they applied the grant from government.

Will the different hourly rate and more than 80 working hours/per month for teh second part time H1 cause problems to my 485? Is there any way I can minimize the effect?
