兩周前向CSC CSC-XII.485@dhs.gov email查詢狀態,今天收到回信了:

> The file is being reviewed by an officer at this time. If all is
> in order, a decision should be made within 60 days or a request
> for additional notice will be mailed out.

回信並沒有說明我的Name Check是否Clear.
大家看看這是怎麽回事？

FYI, my status:

EB3 PD 10/xx/2001 current since 9/1/2006.
I-140/485 Concurrent filed on 05/xx/2005.
I-140 approved in 2006.
I-485 LUD 08/15, 08/16 (That was a massive LUD to 485 cases in CSC)
