not optimistic about EB2 moving forward...

my observations:

1. There are 300k Labor Certification Applications would be cleared out of Phily and Dallas Backlog Reduction Centers (BRC)
These applicants all have PD before March 2005

2. PERM started working on March 2005, tons of applicants got their LCs with a very short pending time(3months at the most)

3. if EB2 Visa Bulletin moves forward dramatically(July 2005), it would not be fair to those BRC waiters at all


So both EB2 and EB3 visa date would not move forward quickly in next couple of months unless there is any favorable immigration policy being introduced by Congress
