大家好,我現有一個問題想向大家谘詢一下. 我是以J-1身份出國,後轉F-1讀本碩,畢業找到工作拿到H-1B. 今年年底想回國,但父母被人告知我回國在上海的反簽成功率極底,因為我曾經是J-1身份. 我有美國發的J-1無需回國服務證明,所以不需要申請J-1豁免,在申請H-1B時也有出示,H-1B簽證拿得很順利.我的證明是United States Information Agency出的. 證明大致是這樣的:

This is in response to your request for an advisory opinion as to wheather the exchange visitor is subject to the 2 year residence requirment.

Based on th eIAP-66 data, it is the agency's determination that the exchange visitor is not subject to the requirement. It is not necessary to process a wavier on behalf of this exchange visitor.
