To XiaoBaiTu: 485 transfer to local office

The notice didn't say they will arrange an interview. Only said after the local office complete the processing, they will send me a written notice to let me know the results.

Is it possible that the local office will approve my case without an interview? or 100% need interview once it is transferred to a local office?
