TCS put my I-485 on wrong preference

I made request 3 weeks ago regarding my I-485 pending (EB2).
I received the response from TCS and the letter says:
There are currently no VISA available to precess your I-485 application. Your pripority date is later than the cut-off listed on the visa bulletin for your preference.
I was born in Vietname and my preference is EB2.
It should have visas availabe to process my case, unless the TCS put me on the wrong preference such as EB3.
Any idea?
What should I Do?
