their lawyer the exact same question before the interview. Kid was borne out of wedlock and divorce was not final until 1 or two years later.
The lawyer did prepare the couple for any possible question concerning the birth. W/ adulty would affect his chance of gaining AOS. The DAO never raised any concerns about the adulty. Only look what kind of documentary evidence they have other than the fact that they have a kid together. Both cases, LPR status was granted instantly.

Each case is decided under the DAO's discrection. No one could predict the outcome of your case. However, if you have sufficient evidence in additional to the fact that you two have a child, it would be unreasonable for the DAO to hold off your case or deny it.
