回複：Reorganize the excerpt of the memo

My lawyer didn't write up any petition letter to clearly state I need (1) recapture of unused h1-b when I was outside US (2) extent my h1-b based on pending labor certification >=365 days.

She just filled in the desired extention period I requested on I-129 and attached my I-94 and labor certification receipt as well as other required documents.

I'm very concerned if this will cause 'denial' to my case. Should I request my lawyer to make my intention clearly? Or the USCIS official will realize my reason to request more than one year extention and approve my case?
