As your statement ,your crime is a felony,so you need

to apply for a waiver,according to your conditon,you
should be qualitied for it ( spouse & mother of US citizen )under the INA, so I think you will be fine,you
should further discuss how to do it with your attorney in Atlanta,GA. I think the letter from your probation officer will be helpful to you getting your green card.
I also agree with Howdy's option,usually CIS won't try to deport you since you file an I-485 application & report to them you ever had a felony crime before honestly. Good luck! God bless you!
