secord I-485.BTW,I never saw anybody switch their I-485
to another I-140 before,the reason I have said before.
Your attorney should file an MTR or appeal instead of arguement,I think better way is refiling I-485.
You may change your job in same field, CIS officer usually define your job & field from your title & your department's title.
