You'd better tranfer H1B,if so,in the case of I-485

is denied,you still have H1b,if you rely your I-485 & EAD only,under the situation,you have to leave.
The transfer won't cause RFE,you don't need to notify I-485 section of CIS ,if you have file a H1B transfer application, except you need to change your address.
