Hi All,

Our lawyer's opinion is the same as mytwocents'. Since our university lawyer has different opinion, that is why we made effort to call USCIS.

Another thing is that the fingerprint was done on 10/01/2005, just ten days before the approval. That is why we trusted our lawyer and did not call USCIS in the past.
