續H1B和遞交I-140有無影響

請問：

如果H1B一年一續， 第一年遞交了I-140； 第二年續H1B 有無影響？因為H1B的requirement form問： Has an immigrant visa petition or labor certification ever been file for this employee? If yes, explain giving date that the petition was filed, and current status of the petitions
