EAD application and fingerprint

Dear all,

I need to renew my EAD (485 pending), and have several questions:
1. Can I apply through mail instead of e-filing?
2. If through mail, should I make an appointment to make the fingerprint? there is no such guide on the form instruction.
3. If e-filling, do I need to e the paper document as support?

If you have such experience, please give your advice.
