Depond on her situation ,not your parents,if she ever

visited other countries,esp. rich countries,such as Japan,Euro or Australia, & just stayted a few weeks,then she will get US visa easily.
If she is a house owner in a big city,or work as a businesswoman, government officer,will be helpful.
