How to 一起 file I140 + I485?

How do you file I140 and I485 together? I just sent in my NIW I140 last week (to NSC), but I didn't know I should file I485 at the same time to make it faster. That is I485? Should I also file I485 now, or when? I am a postdoc and I filed NIW myself. Thanks!
