緊急求助!!!Help

我現在大學裏作PostDoc,兩年多了,頭發開始白了,心情越來越糟糕........
最近有家大公司想hire me. The problem is that I just have H1B visa with Non-profit company.I could not let them to wait for another year. The other possibility is that my I-140 has been approved with the priority date of Feb.2 2006.
I really hope to work for this company and enjoy my life. Any suggestions?
