Question about EAD: When to receive EAD card?

I got my EAD approved 30 days ago and my attorney received the approval notice 3 weeks ago. Do you guys know what is the normal waiting time for EAD card?

I called USCIS yesterday, they told me in their website, they said if I haven't got the approval notice after 30 days of approval, I should call them to confirm the address, otherwise, as for the card, I have to wait. Is this information correct?
