Is it true that companies listed on Exchange give higher probability of success for H1B? Can bilingual capability be used as a winning factor for H1B petition considering the sponsoring company has the intention to do business with China manufacturers?

I am in the middle of my PhD program now. If my H1B get approved, can I wait until the semester is over?

How long after I work on H1B can I apply for Green Card?

Can I legally work somewhere else besides the company that sponsors my H1B?

Is it much easier to apply for another H1B in a new company than apply for H1B from F1?

Can H1B holder work in China as an employee in a US company? If so, how long?
