求教Xiaobaitu等眾高手, can i renew AP?

I have applied my AP two months ago, but still didn't get approval notice. I've already booked ticket for next month
Somebody told me that i can just go to CIS to renew my old AP. Can I do that? My old AP has expired 6 months ago.
