thx for your explaination. According to your words, I guess you talked another issue. Your status in US is valid, so no matter whether you surrended it, you have no OVERSTAY problem. Right? What I talke is, enter US then left because stay is invalid, but not surrender I94. Then next time when you apply a new VISA, there maybe problem.
