回複：work togther to sue USCIS/FBI

I am in exactly the same situation. But I don't think / have not seen any regulation based on which one could file a lawsuit in such a case. The lawsuit cases posted to this forum so far were all about PR to citizen. Am I missing something?

Anyway, it will be nice to share information.
