這樣的職位有可能辦EB2嗎?

職位是這樣要求的: "Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience. Two to Five years of systems and programming experience ..."

公司的HR說改廣告是不太可能的. 我有Master's degree. 公司有指定的律師. 是不是再牛的律師也隻能是辦EB2? 真不知該怎麽辦?
