I know, i think it's understandable that

Labor department does not want to process your case because you filed twice, doubled their work, kind of like they force you to keep only one.
Anyway, I will check with my lawyer tomorrow, to see if we gonna keep waiting or cancel one, get it either approved or denied. really tired of waiting.
