Help : Question About H-1B Transfer After Using EAD

My 140(EB2,LC) was approved last year and I was back from China to US by using AP a few months ago.My 485 has been pending for more than 180 days. Now I want to switch the employer. I know I can work for new employer with EAD. But I was told it would take some risk.Is it right ? Is it possible for me to do H-1B transfer after using AP ?
