You still have to send your I-140 package to NSC though

I believe All I-140s need to be sent to NSC. Depend on which day they are received (M_W_F or T_Th, something like that), NSC will transfer those "lucky" ones to TSC. And we have to agree that TSC is indeed very quick in recent monthes, considering NSC is doing all those redistribution work.

Plus, even if you file I-140 and I-485 together, they will be sent to NSC for sure. But NSC can't do process every single case, and they will share the load with TSC. It all depends on LUCK!

So File I140 and I485 together! At least you get AP!
