EAD Form questions

11. Have you ever before applied for employment authorization in USCIS? Yes or No?
This is my first time to apply EAD. But I don't know whether H1B also being considered as employment authorization.

I have used AP to enter USA. So for 14 and 15
Manner of Last Entry: Advance Parole
Current Immigration Status: AOS
Am I right on the answers?
