Personally I do not have any background issues regarding NC, I am simply interested how it works!

A couple o fquestions:

Firstly, if FBI can only check USA records, then it should not take that long time since I think they do not have so many information regarding a foreign person, especially for us GOOG GUY. Also I do not think there will be hundreds of people here in US with the same Chinese name. Accordingly, time consumption resulting from the complication of people with same name will also not be a real issue!

Secondly, will FBI also be able to check records in China? If that, it will certainly take a long time since there will be thousands of people with the same name including BAD GUY, not to say the high efficiency of our public service, which will probably hold your case for ever!

But I am just wondering: those kind of personal records are supposed to be highly national secrets, will they freely share those information with each other?
