Thank you for your reply. Actually the two university counselors talked each other about my situation. University A still kept my H1b until University B re-ted my H1b transfer. However University b consular did suggest me departure and re-enter with the approved new H1b. so far I still don't get the second time re-ted H1b received notice. By the way, the second reted H1b is under premium processing. I think soon I should get news from INS.

My question is whether I can wait my H1b transfer news in USA.
If I departure and re-enter, am I going to have trouble to get visa from American Consular? thanks for kindly reply.
