前年聖誕俺去加拿大，回美國的時候愣是不讓俺們進。說是visa revalidation only applies to those who never changed their status. (I don'r have H1 visa stamp on my passport at that time). when I tried to explained visa revalidation rule to her and her supervisor, they said only our US INS and customer officer have the rights to explain the ruels.
害得俺到底去toronto 簽了個證。回來時又遇到那個女傻/B,問我要I-94，俺說上次被她拿去了。那個傻/B說：Remember, you don't neet to surrend you I-94 and you don't need to have a new visa if you will come back to US within 30 days。俺當時差點吐血！
