if your 140 that is linked to your 485 is already approved, you should your eb11 alone asap. as soon as it gets approved, write to uscis to request a transfer of your existing 485 to eb11. remember, it works only if the 140 that is now linked to your 485 is approved. otherwise, you need to repeat the whole pain from the very beginning.
