Does anyone know what it means?

I already received my green car a couple weeks ago. But I received the following email from the USCIS this morning.

" Current Status: On July 27, 2006, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued."

What else will USCIS send to me?
