No FP notice received after 4 months of our I-1485 ted

i ted my i-485 on 30 of march, 2006, but i have not received fp notice for me and my family, could someone else tell me that is normal or should i call uscis. thanks a lot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
