question about transfering job

Hi,

Currently I am working as a company A contractor in a lab. It is possible
that the lab will sign the new contract with company B. Currently my I140 is
approved and waiting for the visa number. If I switch to company B and still
work in the same lab, do I need to start over with mew PERM or I can keep the
I140?
