請教各位: 新申請EB-1A I-140 填表問題

my niw 140 has been approved and i-485 pending now. i am trying to reapply for the eb-1a 140. in the i140 form it askes whether you have previously ted an immigrant petition on behalf of yourself (if yes, they need an explanation)?

so shall i fill in yes and attach an explanation that my niw i-140 has been approved. another question is if the eb-1a 140 failed, whether it would negatively impact my i-485 which is linked to my niw i-140?
