Xiaobaitu, 孩子打fringerprint， 但要搬家到外州，

can we go to local fingerprint service and ask them to do fingerprint earlier? can we tell them because we are going to move to another state? my lawyer said, we can give a reason that there is an appointment with a doctor on the schedual date. which reson is better?
