If this is RFE?

I just go to USCIS to check my I-140 status, and I find my current status is "On July 21, 2006, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed."

If this is so called "RFE", I am serious about this. If someone can give some suggestion, I appreciate your great help.

I am waiting on line.
