xiaobaitu please help---H1 transfer + NIW EB2

My case is complicated. I am starting on H1B at an university (where I graduated from) from Aug 1st (before that I am using OPT). I am planning moving to another university working in a very similar field. They want me to start on Oct 1st due to funding reasons. I am preparing a NIW EB2 I140 now.

1. How would this H1B transfer (2 months after first H1B) affect my I140 case? I hope to file I140 before Oct 1st, but no guarantee.

2. How would this transfer affect my future I485 case? I mean a short stay in my first university.
