Cases sumbitted before 07/24 will not be transfered

"Stand-Alone" I-485 Application Filing Centralized at Nebraska Service Center Effective 07/24/2006. Although the Nebraska Service Center serves as the centralized filing location, some petitioners/applicants will receive a filing receipt from the Texas Service Center, if the case is worked by that center.
