Xiao Bai Tu, urgent, please help!

last friday i ted all the i-485 stuff to the lawyer. the lawyer promised me that he would it early this week. since my i-140 got approved in tsc, so i want to my i-485 to tsc before july 24. (after july 24, all the i-485 application will be sent to nsc) now i emailed him and called him. i just want to know if he already sent it or not. but no response. tomorrow is saturday, he will not work. could you please tell me what i should do at this moment? do you think the lawyer can before july 24? i will be waiting for your help. thanks a lot!
