Laoyu hit the point. just contact via email, it would be better to attach one draft in your first email, and make it clear that the letter is for immigration. most of them will print it out, sign and mail back to you. they will not have time to communicate back and forth. less bother would be always welcome, tell them clearly what you want to have: letterhead, signature, and mail back to YOU (sometime, they would assume that the letter is to be sent directly to USCIS). gook luck
