Help, Should I apply green card now or later?

Hello, I am a first year Postdoctoral Fellow. I have two papers published, and two more will be ready at this year. By the way, I definitely will change work next year. So should I apply for now, or apply next year when I change work and all paper publish ? Thanks a lot,
