工 卡 traditional ED2 (non- RIR) 排期在哪兒

我 和 老 公 來 美 國 12 年 了， 到 現 在 綠 卡 還 遙 遙 無期。 老 公 念 書 花 了 7 年， 5 年 前 才 工 作。他 的 公 司 在 2001 年 10 月 給 他 遞 了工 卡， 但 是 在 2 年 前 被 退 了 下 來(RIR). 他 現 在 在 用 regular or traditional (non RIR) 等 工 卡， piority date 還 是 2001 年 10 月。由 於 沒 綠 卡 我 找 工 作 很 受 限 製，而 且 也 沒 回 過 國， 為 此 我 得 了 嚴 重 的 憂 鬱 症。By the way his company filed PERM for him early this year and he got denied. So the only hope we have is to use traditional way to get labor certificate. I will greatly appreciate it if ***** can tell me what's the current date for regular (non RIR) labor certificate.
