GC returned to TSC

two weeks ago before 485 approval, I called CIS to change my address, but TSC still mailed my GC to my old address and so returned.

Anyone knows if TSC will re-mail the card to my new address?
Or I have to call them to ask them to re-mail.

By the way, why the card is called Green? I looked at my son's one and it is white and not green at all.
