a question of Xiaobaito or other experts

My EB-2 I-140 APPROVED last year, 485 pending, can I apply EB-1 NOW, and if my EB-1 i-140 denied, will it affect my EB-2 485, or it's seperate, and another question is, is it better to concurrent file EB1 140 and 485 or just 140 is OK? Thanks a lot.
