從J-1 Student轉到F-1？or 從J-1 Scholar轉到F-1?

definitely you have to go to Maxico or somewhere if you try to change from J-1 Visiting Scholar to F-1 Student.
But if you're already in J-1 Student status, you may not necessarily need to go outside of US. This is my understanding... could be wrong.
