Xiao Bai Tu, please help!

EB-1A got approved in May, but at the same time, I had to move to a university from a government institute. This month I may submit I-485. Although I am in the same research field, but the salary reduced (no way to match the previous one since that was the federal government standard). My question is: will this influence the I-485?
